Order fulfillment typically takes 3 business days.

Depending on your chosen shipping rate, your order will typically arrive between 5 and 10 business days after you have placed your order.

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. We know it’s a bummer, but we are working hard to offer this feature shortly!

Upon order fulfillment, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation through the email you provided with your order. This email will have your tracking number. You can simply click on that tracking number to see the current shipping progress of your order.

We want you to be as proud of your Restwell products as we are. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer free returns (including free shipping) within 90 days of your purchase, as long as the journal is in it's original condition.

To process your return, we will need your order number. This can be found on your emailed receipt sent at the time of purchase. If you no longer have your order number, reach out to us with your name and address and we will look it up for you.

Trick question, because we don't have a return shipping fee! All returns ship free with your prepaid return label.

Once you've reached us about your return or exchange, you’ll receive a pre-paid return label by email within one business day.

Simply print out the label, attach it to a padded mailing envelope with the items you’re returning along with your packing slip and original packaging (if you still have it), and send it back to us. We should receive it within 5-7 business days.

Your refund will be processed 3-5 business days after we receive your returned items.
